These areas are responsible for building innovative products and services for Laborit and our customers. What will you do

The teams are autonomous in the organization and daily decisions, work in a hybrid way, remote and in person (we have our own metaverse here) and are encouraged to learn and share knowledge. We hold Tech Talks every Friday and offer a variety of scholarships and incentive programs. The software we build today is the basis for dozens of services from Lab and our customers in the future, we have a strong sense of ownership in everything we do, we know the importance of continuing to learn to lead the future, we always act responsibly and we are proud of building software with tests, patterns and other good practices of the Art of programming.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Analyst, you will work on new products and experiences for our customers, in addition to helping maintain current operations. You will have the opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge and will be encouraged to think with our users, product vision, metrics, and data in mind to help the Lab scale and execute the roadmap in the markets we operate. Additionally, you will be primarily responsible for disseminating and perpetuating the culture of quality within the team, proposing best practices, patterns, tools, and processes that assist in the team's daily activities. You will focus on Shift Left Testing, monitoring the product from the beginning, collaborating on the quality of the project from its earliest construction phases to the end of its lifecycle. A critical eye for developing test scenarios, analyzing user stories, and reporting incidents will also be part of your daily routine. We look forward to talking with you!

Requirements

Having a good command of the Gherkin language, scenario creation, and test cases; Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development); Understanding of HTTP methods and Requests; Basic knowledge of database technologies, such as MSSQL and MySQL; Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; Critical eye for Design and UX; Functional testing Regression testing Usability testing Automated testing IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE Product & startup mindset; Knowledge of JIRA Software and Confluence; E2E test automation with Selenium or Cypress; Knowledge of API testing (Postman) and Swagger; Basic understanding of CI/CD and Git. Performance testing; Stress testing; Security testing; Ruby; Capybara; Cucumber.
