Lab’s Operations area is responsible for ensuring everything runs with excellence — from the day-to-day of the office to the experiences we create for clients, partners, and the team. We believe operations is not support. It is a core strategic function that turns planning into flawless execution.

Our operations are dynamic, multifunctional, and play an essential role in shaping the Lab experience both internally and externally. You will be responsible for ensuring organization, flow, and excellence across all operational touchpoints.
Prepare meeting rooms to welcome clients, ensuring the Lab standard of experience, organization, and presentation Organize food and beverage logistics for meetings and events Plan and execute Círculo Laborit (internal and external events) Manage vendors (sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and follow-up) Control and monitor operational budgets Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office Manage inventory of materials, gifts, and supplies Anticipate needs and resolve operational demands with agility Support the organization of schedules, visits, and client experiences Structure and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability Support contract management and partner relationships Track basic operational metrics (costs, performance, etc.) People Operations & Team Experience Organize team travel (flights, accommodations, and logistics) Structure and organize work kits (remote and in-office) Manage the shipment of kits and gifts to employees Control budgets and purchasing for internal initiatives Prepare welcome kits for new hires Support and coordinate operational onboarding Organize birthdays and key team moments
Strong organizational skills and excellent priority management Proactivity and the ability to anticipate problems Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to solve problems quickly Ownership mindset over operations Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously Nice to Have Experience with event planning and coordination Experience in dynamic environments (startups, technology, innovation) Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and marketing Basic understanding of communication and brand experience
